What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form:
- name, company, email address and phone number;
- whether you are a manufacturer or a buyer, the service you are interested in, your target market and expected volume;
- the message you write.
We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the country it was sent from. To block automated spam, a one-way hash of your network address is kept for one hour and then discarded. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this website. When we receive an enquiry, its content may be forwarded to our own email or messaging account so that we can reply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received, unless they lead to a contract, in which case they are kept as business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to albert.tong@beddingsourcing.com.
